個人見證

    Why do I believe The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints is true? There are plenty of reasons as to why I know it's true. The main one is that I have prayed to my Father in Heaven to find out if it was true. I come from a family that is all members of the church so obviously I was taught gospel principles my entire life. Growing up I never argued any of the doctrine, I just accepted it. For a long time I didn't have my own testimony of the gospel. I was riding off other people's testimony, (mainly my parents'.) It is hard for me to comprehend what a conversion is like for some one who at one point investigated this church. I never had to change my life style, or listen to discussions that contain doctrine that I've never heard before. I've been taught this my whole life. There have been times though where I would ask myself whether or not this church was true. If it wasn't true, then life would have no purpose, and I would be wasting my time here in Taipei. Since I know that it's true and this life does have a purpose, I'm happy to be here. I'm also grateful for my testimony of this truth and the knowledge and happiness it has brought me.
